Noodles Production Line

Production line stages:
1. Mixer.
2. Noodles forming machine.
3. Cooking raw materials.
4. Roasting line.
5. Cooling line.

Using: It is required to have a place divided into three sections:

1- Raw materials section up to 400 meters at least.

2- finished materials section up to 900 meters at least.

3- Production hall: up to 900m, all these sections should be has place for discharge and loading the containers.
Workers: 8 workers, Food expert, and Technical.

The pasta, cooking, frying and cooling machines can be placed sequentially.
The length of these machines is 22 meters.
The mixer can be placed diagonally or slightly above the line
The line can also be placed in a 90 ° or U-shaped angle by adding a special conveyor belt.

Energy:
A) Power electricity for heaters and Motors & controllers.
B) Gas for heaters and electricity for Motors & controllers.

Production capacity: 35000Pcs/24 hours.
